Stage Door Conservatory offers internship opportunities for high school and college students interested in acquiring mentoring and supervised work experience in theater production and management, performing arts education, marketing, outreach, fundraising and nonprofit administration. Are you interested in writing and editing? Are you seeking an internship with online media? SmartBrief is a happy marriage of both, and were seeking driven, enthusiastic editorial interns to help us create daily online business and consumer news. Interns work with SmartBrief editors get experience writing, editing and choosing material for more than 160 newsletters. Especially talented interns will also have opportunities to write original reported content for our blogs. Get a chance to perfect your skills of writing concisely and working on deadline. After this internship, you'll be able to confidently say you've got experience reporting in industries ranging from health care, finance and retail to global news, marketing, technology and much more. This internship is for 35-40 hours per week for the summer. Start and end dates and your schedule are flexible. Interns must work in our Washington, D.C., office starting at 7 a.m. Interns will be compensated with a stipend for their work.

Fringe Festivals began in the 1950s from a grassroots movement of artists and bohemians showcasing what small artists can do with big dreams. With a focus on an uncensored, unjuried, and democratic selection process, Chicago Fringe continues that mission by shining a spotlight on these artists in Chicago during our annual Festival. Our Fringe Fest is one of many in major cities across the U.S. and the world, and the Fringe movement continues to grow each year. We have served over 7,500 patrons and returned $88,000 in ticket sales to performing artists. The Chicago Fringe Festival is a full-fledged state and federal 501(c)3 organization committed to advocacy for great art and the production of a fantastic Festival every September. Technical Interns help to set up sound, projection and lighting equipment, working closely with the Technical Director to make sure festival set-up and tear down happens in the allotted time frame. Technical Interns will then be scheduled in shifts throughout the festival to be on hand if an issue with equipment comes up. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Knowledge of proper use of power & hand tools is a major plus. Its best for this intern to enjoy working with their hands and getting dirty. Technical Interns report to the Technical Director.

C+L is looking for a photography intern that is self-motivated, reliable and have a great sense of style for the launch of a e-commerce website based in NYC. Brand Ambassador Internship: Paid Internship: No School Credit Available: Yes What is a Brand Ambassador: Are you passionate about style? Do you have a creative mind for design? Are you a fun and hard working? Are you a shaker and mover? If this is you then read on! Our Brand Ambassadors are a few hand selected passionate people. As a Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for our public relations. You will be creating exciting content for our customers via our social media outlets. Our Brand Ambassadors should be prepared to occasionally ask students to fill out product surveys. This is what you must have: Current student Minimum 3.0 GPA Ability to work a max of five hours a week Excellent communication skills Eye for fashion Chic style Graphic design (not a must, but its plus to have) We consider our Brand Ambassadors the public image of Dorm Suite Dorm. You will be highly compensated for your time by gaining meaningful experience for your resume. This will not be a boring internship, but an ever changing, learning internship. We are looking for a dynamic go-getter that can utilize a variety of skills to assist and coordinate projects for the CEO. The workload requires 20+ hours a week, but the quality of the experience cannot be matched by a larger organization. Collaborator and coordinator on many macro-level priorities: Assist the CEO with a variety of high-level tasks, including sales, finance and accounting, investor relations, and marketing.
