Legal Resolutions is located within Legal Aid Society of Orange County. Legal Resolutions is a self-help center designed to assist clients with small claims forms, procedure, and guidance. This means appointments are not necessary because we are open to the public. Besides accepting walk-in clients we also help clients through our onsite hotline. Through the Small Claims Hotline we are able to provide procedural advice and guidance regarding small claims cases. There is also a Lawyer Referral Service hotline for those in need of hiring an attorney. Lastly, we hold a Family Law Workshop twice a week for clients who have qualified for free Legal Aid Assistance. Clients sit one-on-one with attorneys and paralegals & necessary forms are prepared.
