Promotional Products Sales Agency looking for work from home Intern to: Enter business cards into Outlook, excel database, and to update database to remove duplicate entries, old contacts, etc. Send Special Pricing emails on a regular basis advising clients of preferred pricing with our companies. Manage excel file listing all special pricing clients, preferred pricing tier, and schedule of notifications via email Contact existing accounts to confirm vendor contact, phone, address and email. Project research respond to client requests looking for items for current programs- research would entail finding right product assortment from our factories, compiling data and then sending via email. Project development use existing client artwork on file to generate product samples via our various factories to create presentation samples.
