The Redemption Campus Marketing Program has recently been created to increase traffic and build brand awareness for our online store. We believe that the best way to do this is to bring our brand to your college campus and have you share it with your friends. You will be seen as a fashion leader and innovator as you represent one of the leaders for online boutique shopping. You will be seen as a leader among college peers as the position will provide valuable, real industry experience in your field. We are looking for energetic go-getters who possess strong communication and organizational skills and who have a love for fashion. We believe in your savvy social skills and your ability to connect our brand with those who fit our target customer profile. This is a fun and exciting way to gain hands-on experience with a growing company, while developing professional skills, in one of the following areas. Compensation: May be applied toward college internship credit, credit toward Redemption Style merchandise, cash prizes, professional development through real-industry experience and guidance from Redemption Style Corporate team. Team Manager: -Leader of the team -Reports back to Redemption Style Corporate -Weekly conference calls/emails to update Redemption Style of progress -Manage other team members to ensure duties are executed. -Assists the PR and Marketing Manager at student organization meetings to build brand awareness and discuss special promotions -Reviews Marketing Plan and Sales Goals with Corporate and Sales Manager PR Brand Manager: -Manage brand image and promote brand awareness -Collaborate with the marketing and social media managers -Assist in managing blog content about Redemption on campus -Assist Marketing Manager at chapter meetings -Collaborate with corporate on social media ideas such as contests and giveaways -Assist Corporate in creating and distributing press packets Marketing Manager: -Build brand awareness -Manage distribution of flyers at tables and other high traffic points -Implement the marketing plan by utilizing your team -Promote Redemption by going to chapter and other organizational meetings -Work with Sales Manager and Team Manager along with Corporate in creating and executing a promotional plan Sales Manager: -Motivate the team to reach sales goals -Report weekly sales report -Create and execute Strategic Sales Plan -Work with Marketing Manager in creating strategic plans to exceed sales goals -Track key indicators and benchmarks such as use of promo codes and online banners to assess promotional success
