Operation HOPE is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join the development team as the HOPE Forums Fellow. The HOPE Forums Fellow will provide administrative support to the Operation HOPE Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility & Philanthropy and Operation HOPE staff. In addition, he/she will play an integral role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the department within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring the ongoing coordination, management, and development of the departments internal systems and functions. The HOPE Forums Fellow will also be responsible for special projects related to corporate and relations, event strategy, and communications activities. This position is critical to our ability to successfully achieve our HOPE Forums goals, corporate social responsibility and philanthropic goals and offers exposure to all facets of the HOPE Forum and Operation HOPE's work. This position is available in either New York, NY -OR- Atlanta, GA.

About the HOPE Fellowship Program: Recently launched, the Operation HOPE, Fellowship and Internship Program works to empower and develop the next generation of leaders to pursue careers that will create global economic and social justice. Our vision is to develop a cadre of young leaders ready to work together across HOPE departments to successfully assist in growing our financial dignity work and silver rights movement. HOPE Fellowships and Internships will offer exceptional young men and women the opportunity to acquire skills and build vital social networks that will enhance their career paths and effectiveness as future leaders. The purpose of the HOPE Fellows and Interns Program is to provide accomplished and highly motivated young adults with a first-hand experience in the world of economic empowerment and a sense of personal dignity and leadership. Duration and Stipend: Durations of the summer fellowship is from June 3rd to August 9th 2013. Fellowship stipend is $1,700/month. Fellow must work a minimum of 40 hours per week to earn stipend.
