PURPOSE AND SCOPE:Supports FMCNAs mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
· Responsible for driving the FMS culture through values and customer service standards.
· Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
· Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
· Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Assist in preparation, coordination and analysis of the FMS forecast and budget across all 4 FMS Divisions
· Lead in re-organization of Financial Shared Drives and Share point database
· Assist in BEx System Implementation
· Coordinates and completes special projects and analyses with emphasis of achieving departmental and Division goals for the current year.
· Participation in meetings and conference calls

EDUCATION
Candidate for a Bachelors in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or Business

· Strong communication skills - verbal and written
