Job Summary: Performs receptionist and concierge duties in the LaSalle Lobby on behalf of Bank and building tenants. Answers questions from building occupants (employees and tenants) and from visitors and guests. Serves as main contact for visitor entry into the Bank by facilitating entry process and maintaining appropriate records. Maintains a working knowledge of all areas of the Bank and Tenant functions. Maintains relationships with departmental and tenant hosts. Provides assistance in directing visitors and administrative needs for meetings and tours. Works closely with Law Enforcement Unit and Hospitality services. Provides administrative support related to numerous activities. The level of work required is considered intermediate and staff work under general supervision. This job does not have any direct reports.

Job Description: The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago currently has an opening for an Intern in the STREAM Technology Lab of the Supervision and Regulation department. The hired intern will provide support for bank examiner training classes. Activities will include re-imaging PC hard drives and applying software upgrades and patches to servers and managing/editing class recordings. This is a paid Internship, that will start immediately, with no determined end date. The scheduled hours will be determined and remain flexible around the department's needs and your needs as a student.

The work required for this position involves working with various individuals to troubleshoot computer issues, assist with computer deployments and other various technical related duties. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Recruiters, Coordinators and Manager to develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media and traditional techniques Post jobs to internal website and external websites Provide High level Candidate interfacing Partner with Recruiting team on logistics of onsite and offsite recruiting events Schedule Candidates and manage logistics for interviews via phone and in person Manage candidate inquiries to ensure a high level of customer service and responsiveness Develop and manage the documentation of Recruitment practices and procedures Develop spreadsheet reports and other relevant communication pieces for the Recruiting function Partner with Manager on special projects Perform other duties as assigned
