You will develop skills in marketing, selling, hiring and controlling the finances of a business. We will train you in the skills necessary to run a business and consult with you every step of the way. College Pro is a franchise painting company with over 500 student managers operating in 25 states. The manager program is designed specifically for individuals who want to gain a real edge over their peers. It is also one of the most challenging and rewarding summer internships available today and can turn into a full-time career. Challenge: Being a College Pro manager is often the most exhilarating experience of your life! Well provide an experience that offers new challenges and new rewardspractically every single day. Training and Support: We assume that you dont have any experience in management. We will teach and train you. You will receive training and on-going support from a full-time College Pro General Manager. Training sessions are scheduled on three separate weekends in the winter/spring to accommodate scholastic or other work schedules. General Managers will make periodic field visits to your outlet and offer one-on-one training and feedback. Financial planning sessions are conducted in small groups in the spring and summer. Throughout the spring and summer, weekly goal setting and review sessions are held between you and your General Manager.
