Summer intern needed to work with Senior Portfolio Manager. This intern will assist in the analysis of the North Texas Portfolio, during a transformational period for the portfolio. Leveraging AT&Ts latest collaboration and app-related technologies to revolutionize the use of real estate in the workplace, this role will involve analysis of the companys commercial real estate portfolio to develop a long term strategic plan, incorporating economic analysis as well as providing an analytical framework to develop architectural programs that utilize a new evolving workplace standard.
Responsibilities will include: data analysis and management, financial modeling to evaluate NPVs and IRRs for a range of investments from new leases to dispositions of real estate assets, developing budgets and timelines for complex and cross-functional teams, and drafting messaging for the communication strategy on projects.
The intern will work on problems of scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. He/she will exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. The intern will receive some instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments, etc.

Education


The selected candidate shall have completed 90 classroom hours of undergraduate study and be classified as a Senior. Completed coursework and the candidates degree plan shall be in the field of architecture, engineering or business with a major in economics, finance or real estate. The selected candidate shall have a cumulative grade point average of no less than 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale.
This intern position typically reports to a 2nd Level Manager
This is a non-supervisory position.

User Experience Design - Creative Designer
The Concept Development and Implementation team is a multi-disciplinary group of usability specialists, information architects, creative designers, and front-end technologistsall of whom focus primarily on the end user experience. The user experience professional will perform graphic design, interaction design, and front-end development for AT&Ts customer and user-facing systems and communications. This position will be responsible for translating business objectives into design concepts and strategies to improve the appeal, usability, and effectiveness of customer and user facing interfaces.




Responsibilities:

User Experience Design for self-service applications used in AT&T retail stores. Specifically:
Design interactive applications for kiosks and multi-touch interfaces
Utilize pre-defined brand specifications, while creating unique and surprising experiences
Create designs that compliment and integrate into existing interfaces.
Design out-of-the-box solutions that translate business requirements into creative, feasible design solutions.
Together with Information Architects, communicate designs through fully documented wireframes and design comps
Collaborate with other designers on the team, including giving and receiving constructive critiques
Conduct design walkthroughs for clients and developers, and respond to changing needs and information
Prioritize, multi-task, and manage work to meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Qualifications:
Primary focus: Graphic Design & Interactive Media; Supporting Information Architecture skills are a plus.
A design portfolio including problem statements, design rationale, concepts, and end product is required.
Excellent user experience design utilizing an iterative design approach
Excellent creative design, graphic design, and interaction design skills
Strong writing, verbal and overall communication skills.

The multi-faceted Retail Sales Leadership Program provides participants with training and experiences that will prepare them to step into retail management positions and launch a promising, progressive career with the skills and confidence that ensure success. This Specialist RAN employee (IC II) will work along side engineers working for the National Radio Access Network Engineering team who are responsible for overseeing LTE network deployments and in many cases review performance reports and provide technical approval decision for these deployments.
