The multi-faceted Retail Sales Leadership Program provides participants with training and experiences that will prepare them to step into retail management positions and launch a promising, progressive career with the skills and confidence that ensure success. Core components of the program which is conducted in Atlanta at AT&Ts wireless division headquarters, include:


  • Intensive 12 month focus on developing leadership, management and coaching skills

  • Classroom training and practical, hands-on assignments - both individual and team-oriented

  • On-site, in-store rotations interacting and learning from our very best retail experts

  • Includes working in a retail store for 6 weeks so you are fully prepared when you graduate from the program!

Once you graduate, you will be placed in a retail store location. There, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and lead a professional retail sales team to ensure achievement of store/kiosk revenue targets, operational goals and 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Supervise the overall daily operation of a store including hiring, coaching, disciplining, and scheduling of employees to ensure cost effective and quality Store Operations.

Summer intern needed to work with Senior Portfolio Manager. This intern will assist in the analysis of the North Texas Portfolio, during a transformational period for the portfolio. Leveraging AT&Ts latest collaboration and app-related technologies to revolutionize the use of real estate in the workplace, this role will involve analysis of the companys commercial real estate portfolio to develop a long term strategic plan, incorporating economic analysis as well as providing an analytical framework to develop architectural programs that utilize a new evolving workplace standard.
Responsibilities will include: data analysis and management, financial modeling to evaluate NPVs and IRRs for a range of investments from new leases to dispositions of real estate assets, developing budgets and timelines for complex and cross-functional teams, and drafting messaging for the communication strategy on projects.
The intern will work on problems of scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. He/she will exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. The intern will receive some instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments, etc.

Education


The selected candidate shall have completed 90 classroom hours of undergraduate study and be classified as a Senior. Completed coursework and the candidates degree plan shall be in the field of architecture, engineering or business with a major in economics, finance or real estate. The selected candidate shall have a cumulative grade point average of no less than 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale.
This intern position typically reports to a 2nd Level Manager

The Technical Summer Internship Program is a strategic program that enables participants to combine their coursework experience with the skills and real world experience needed to broaden their knowledge across the IT application development spectrum.

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the following:


Assist and support Outside Plant Designers with the planning, design, and analysis of the outside plant network.
Gathering and analyzing data to determine most efficient and economical methods to provide service.
Evaluating various service platforms and assisting in the selection of most appropriate technology to use.
Gathering data from the field to determine the locations and amounts of material needed.
Interface with customers when resolving roadblocks to providing service.
Interface with builders and developers to explain AT&T requirements.
Use of CAD software to produce drawings for location and placement of facilities.
Use of software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for communication and analysis of data.


Mentors are assigned to each intern, one for project and one for additional skills development.

This program is an 8-12 week program
