Our Fulfillment Team: Originates and services mortgage loans using fair and responsible lending practices to help turn houses into homes.
The Operations Clerk 3 Intern participates in a formal internship program that includes performing general clercial operation tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature, as well as taking on various assignments to become familiar with the organization and gain basic work experience. Work assignments are augmented by classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking and/or other events.
Duties will include:
- Processing and distributing incoming mail, packages and internal mail.
- Preparing outgoing mail, packages and internal mail.
- Verifying and matching data on all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Filing and/or photocopying documents.
- Receiving and shipping packages and/or supplies.
- Compiling simple data & performing general data entry tasks.
- Ordering and maintaining supplies and inventory.
- Basic computer and system maintenance and/or troubleshooting.
- Creating and maintaining basic spreadsheets.
- General research and/or problem solving.
- Other tasks and duties as directed and/or required witin the department.

End Date: August 16th, 2013
Minimum Qualifications
- MUST be a participant in the Minneapolis Step Up Program.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Word & Excel.
