Responsibilities:

  • Assist in pharmacy operations to achieve business objectives by increasing sales and gross margins, managing equipment, limiting expenses, directing operations to minimize wait times, monitoring department performance metrics, upholding proper pharmacy and general safety procedures and standards, and partnering with management in developing and implementing store programs to help meet sales objectives and increase prescription volume

  • Assess pharmacy practice conditions and recommend any necessary changes

  • Work on challenging projects to drive store or division goals and objectives

  • Understand how disease state management services can be implemented in a community pharmacy setting

  • Focus on customer satisfaction and needs, ensuring that customers are provided World Class Customer Service through use of best practices and prompt communication with physicians, vendors, and colleagues

  • Provide drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and other health care professionals

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a flu vaccination clinic, as well as cholesterol, diabetes, or bone density testing or other specialty pharmacy care programs

Overall Purpose
Provides field level Subject Matter Expertise on a variety of EH&S issues in and around Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the development, implementation and evaluation of corporate EH&S practices and procedures in an effort to facilitate compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, provide employees with a safe and healthful workplace, safeguard the community, and protect the environment.
This position may be responsible for contributing to ATTs compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Trains and issues guidance/direction to business unit management and employees to ensure, prevent or correct federal, state and local EH&S compliance issues.
· Uses professional judgment to complete EH&S related Assessments at AT&T locations.
· Determines appropriate corrective actions when and assign to the appropriate business unit and personnel when improvement opportunities are identified.
· Managing the process and outcomes of on-site EHS compliance management systems/programs for accuracy and completeness.
· Use and exercise professional judgment to gather, review, and interpret unique local agency requirements and assess their impact on AT&T .

Student Intern I

Summer intern needed to work with Senior Portfolio Manager. This intern will assist in the analysis of the North Texas Portfolio, during a transformational period for the portfolio. Leveraging AT&Ts latest collaboration and app-related technologies to revolutionize the use of real estate in the workplace, this role will involve analysis of the companys commercial real estate portfolio to develop a long term strategic plan, incorporating economic analysis as well as providing an analytical framework to develop architectural programs that utilize a new evolving workplace standard.
Responsibilities will include: data analysis and management, financial modeling to evaluate NPVs and IRRs for a range of investments from new leases to dispositions of real estate assets, developing budgets and timelines for complex and cross-functional teams, and drafting messaging for the communication strategy on projects.
The intern will work on problems of scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. He/she will exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. The intern will receive some instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments, etc.

Education


The selected candidate shall have completed 90 classroom hours of undergraduate study and be classified as a Senior. Completed coursework and the candidates degree plan shall be in the field of architecture, engineering or business with a major in economics, finance or real estate. The selected candidate shall have a cumulative grade point average of no less than 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale.
This intern position typically reports to a 2nd Level Manager
This is a non-supervisory position.
