Neighborhood Direct seeks interns and recent college graduates for our Entry Level Training Program. We work with 100s of businesses on the North side of Chicago to create, design and manage co-op direct mail incentive programs. Neighborhood Direct (www.Neighborhooddirect.net) is a leader in implementation of low-cost, highly effective targeted direct mail advertising programs for small businesses. We are a small business and 100% of our clients are small businesses also. You will be trained and mentored by one of the leading professionals in the industry through a combination of classroom, one-on-one coaching and in-field work. As training progresses, most of your time will be spent in customer development, and you will receive the same commission as our Account Managers. (This could mean $500+ per week income.) Successful candidates will receive full-time employment offers and have opportunities to advance into Management. Our sales training program is designed to build professional sales skills that can be translated into any other career or sales opportunity. Specifically, you will be trained to: Create opportunities for potential customers that have them eager to speak to you and buy from you. Present our products and services so that prospects see new possibilities for themselves and their businesses by using Neighborhood Direct for their business. Close sales without ever selling using our Possibility Selling system.
