The Marketing Intern will join our B2B marketing team and will be exposed to all facets of gathering the TV and greater media communities for television markets and events. During the internship you will earn a skill set in many aspects of digital marketing, including search marketing, analytics, public relations, social media management, and email marketing. The internship will involve 15-24 hours of work per week. The position is unpaid, but NATPE will help you receive course credit when applicable.

DUTIES/JOB DESCRIPTION: Selected qualified applicant(s) will be organizing a multimedia marketing campaign for national technology firm with offices located in Lexington, KY. Candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of a national marketing campaign including but not limited to video training and video product modules. Creativity and an independent working nature are important. HOURS: Flexible hours during the day as well as an opportunity to work remotely. A minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 18 hours per week. Student needs to complete their academic department's specific hour requirements per each credit earned if doing work for academic credit. This is an open internship opportunity for Spring, Fall and Summer sessions. REQUIREMENTS: Determined, aggressive, organized, punctual and most importantly creative! Undergraduate junior or seniors as well as graduate level students may apply. Excellent writing and communication skills as well as knowledge of computer applications such as Windows Office. Relevant courses: Marketing and Graphic/Web Publishing/Video skills are required. This will be a competitive position and a formal interview will be required. COMPENSATION: Academic Credit. Product videos are 1-2 minute overviews of product specifications and uses. Must be able to work well in a group to collaborate on projects for maximum efficiency and turn-out. $10.50/hr, 20-25 hours weekly for approximately 4 months. Were looking for a couple of awesome and enthusiastic interns to work at our office in NYC for the summer semester. Applicants must be able to receive college credit for this internship.
