DLA offers a complete entertainment solution in VOD for TV, broadband and mobile.DLA has a Broadcast state-of-of the art facility located in Coral Springs, Fl., with local presence throughout the region, including offices in Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. An intern with DLA Inc. will have hands on role with department initiatives and daily responsibilities including, but not limited to: loading videotape equipment, updating control logs, compiling media databases, creating master planning schedulers and maintaining the department digital library. Students at BROAD are paid at minimum-wage and structured to last approximately 52 weeks. Program dates are Apr/01/11 Feb/28/12. Course Credit is available.

Public relations interns will be actively enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a university public relations, marketing, advertising, communications or other related program. Current students will preferably have at least sophomore standing. The individual must demonstrate the ability to undertake basic public relations writing assignments, and posses an understanding of basic media relations skills, an ability to interact professionally with clients, and good judgment. A working knowledge of computers, as well as word processing and database management software is necessary. The public relations intern will be mentored by the Founding Partners. Founding Partners will help the intern prioritize tasks and focus on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Interns will work between 15-25 hours a week. Summer interns will work 40 hours per week. Prior relevant experience is preferred.

These programs include loan modifications and TILA compliance audits, but as an ultimate alternative, we carry out damage control strategies via the intervention of private investors who purchase the homes and help relocate the homeowners. We currently need two types of interns (both can be part time or full time- flexible); Type 1) 2-5 interns who can eventually become well versed commissions reps in the near future carrying out unique hands-on marketing initiatives, door to door knocking, telephone and person-to-person interviews with homeowners and investors, outsourcing of leads, data entry, showing of homes, etc. Type 2) 1 intern who can help out with marketing, and computer graphics/animation/Art work of new promotional material and company logos

The Literacy Connection MISSION STATEMENT AND PURPOSE: The Literacy Connection is dedicated to helping adults in the northwest suburbs reach their literacy goals through one-on-one volunteer tutoring and small group instruction.
