The internship would entail working with the Executive Pastry Chef creating new and up coming desserts for menus, execute small and large parties and weddings, assist in creating large sugar showpieces, and the exucusion of gourmet desserts and mini pastries, as well as supporting Pastry Chef in Quality Control and managing food cost.
