During a servicing appointment the student will be in charge of meeting with employees, searching for claims, answering coverage questions, etc. In the first 30 days of our internship we will pair the student with a senior member of our staff for field training in addition to a general product knowledge training which we conduct at our office. We represent many major carriers such as Aetna, BC/BS, and New Benefits among others.
