Job duties to include assisting with Pre Development Services, General Contractor Management, Subcontracting Services, Estimating, and Other Duties as Assigned. In addition, the intern can generally assist in all areas of our execution as appropriate.

Reviews invention disclosures, basic patent claims, and patent applications and makes recommendations to counsel regarding patentability. Provides assistance in the continued development and implementation of patent strategy and enforcement and maintenance of the company's patent portfolio.Initiates and interprets patentability searches. Prepares analysis of patents in relation to infringement and validity. Coordinates with counsel in the drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent applications, and maintains all related documentation.
