PrimeLerner Companies Internship Program is a highly selective three-month-long residency for future PrimeLerner employees to grow, plan, and learn as they prepare for a full-time position in the workforce. Interns are rotated and exposed to a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout the three months. This allows interns to assess their skills and interests for the future. The Internship Program is founded on three guiding principles: 1) Placement in PrimeLerners central office. Interns work as an integral member of the team. They have clear and significant responsibilities including surveying municipalities to build property databases and to track the velocity of transactions within specific markets. Other responsibilities include deal and property management. 2) In-depth, experienced-based management training will give you the tools to drive results. The Internship Program links the everyday lessons learned in real estate with high-impact management training. Interns master core skills such as financial modeling and valuation; and engage in trainings designed to build execution management skills, business sales communication, and problem-solving skills. 3) Intensive support and planning time to set you up for success. Interns work on challenging projects with the Managing Principal. By the end of the program, you will have gained an understanding of the strength of the firms platform. More importantly, you will come to appreciate how our culture and core values influence everything we do, not only through our business transactions, but also through our commitment and investment in our communities. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: -Manage and build the property and investor database. -Canvass marketplace and track active market transactions. -Photograph investment properties. -Assist in generation, production, packaging and shipping of business proposals. -Convert proposals to offering memoranda. -Assorted administrative tasks. Required: -Bachelors Degree -Solid understanding of spreadsheet modeling. -Strong written and oral communication skills. -Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. -Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests. -Proficiency with personal computers and standard productivity applications. -Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels in an organization. -Ability to take initiative and work both collaboratively and independently. -Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct. -Continuous commitment to excellence.
