This will ensure our company's continued growth.Ryder Marketing Group is a marketing and sales firm, that enables service oriented companies to outsource their sales and marketing strategies, allowing them to focus their energy solely on what they do best, provide customer care.
What this means is, we concentrate on providing the rest; the marketing knowledge, strategies through creative promotions and we are responsible for bringing the client's message to the local business market. Our clients hire us as a satellite marketing, promotions, and sales office without the headaches, expenses, and overhead that come with doing it themselves.
With new clients, retailers, and an expanding office, we are in need of 2-3 interns to assist us with development and marketing. Our interns will be trained in the following areas:
* Finance
* Marketing
* Sales/ Promotions
* Business Development
* Team & Market Development
* Account Coordination
Responsibilities
Our interns will learn all of the ground level, day-to-day operations. They will then master the skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and losses, training and development, account management and overseeing a portfolio of established clients.There is a the possibility of being hired for a full time position with the company upon graduation.
