• Primary contact for handling client transactions, responding to and resolving routine client inquiries and service issues
• Providing proactive support to service clients, including:answering telephone calls and performing administrative functions
• Assist Investment Advisors with client profiling to identify opportunities
• Assist Investment Advisors initiate sales activities, during peak time
