We are a group of investment bankers and attorneys who work with companies all over the world that want to raise capital in the U.S. and get listed here on either NASDAQ, AMEX or NYSE.
Responsibilities
Learn from the Managing Partner how to find qualified companies in different countries (as well as the U.S.) that want to raise capital and get listed in the U.S. as a public company. Then following the training instruction develop a communications strategy to source prospect companies with the goal of securing a new client for investment banking services. Non-paid internship, however after six months successful interns may be offered paid employment with the firm starting in the compensation range of six figures.
Requirements
Looking for a strong business background, MBA preferred, but not essential. Self-starter who is a fast learner. Most important criteria is self-confidence meaning that you feel you can go out on the Internet and find companies in different countries that want to raise capital in the U.S. Our focus is not on start-up companies, but rather on high growth companies that have already proven themselves and are currently making an annual profit.
