Description
The Grant Writer is a full time position which is responsible for writing grants, managing existing grants, and assisting with development work.Internships will last for one year.
Interns will receive:
- One year of experience as a grant writer.
- Free food & housing provided by the sponsoring organization
- Free tuition for one year at City Vision College
- Earn a degree in Missions, Non-profit Management, or Addiction Studies

Responsibilities
Duties include writing grants to corporate foundations, private foundations and government funding sources; Managing existing grants including tracking data, compiling evaluations and writing reports to existing funding sources; Researching grant opportunities and developing lists of potential funding sources; Supervising the development of a donor base of individuals; Assisting with any other fund raising, development or administrative activities as needed.Requirements
-At least 18 years old-High school degree or working toward equivalent (GED)
-Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national or lawful permanent resident alien in US or have a valid student visa
