Description
We are a national events company that sells and facilitates interactive events: murder mysteries, scavenger hunts, casino nights, dinner theaters. We provide entertainment for private parties and major corporations like Raytheon, Microsoft, and Boeing.Our office is based out of Chicago a few blocks from Wrigley field. The work flow consists of fielding inbound calls, responding to event proposals and inquiries, working with clients to determine the best event for their group, producing and shipping party packages, booking and scheduling actors that are running larger events, communicating with our vendors to get larger events booked and keeping up with administrative work: emails, event forms, contracts, etc.
Responsibilities
We sell and facilitate murder mysteries and interactive events for a living, as a result by the laws of physics you will have FUN if come work with us. You must love to blog, tweet, and create engaging facebook posts.Requirements
Internship Details: To assist the Director of Events and Marketing with all communication aspects of the business. IE: party package production, field inbound phone calls, follow up on voice mails, handle inquiries from clients to book parties, etc, enter orders, print contracts, schedule actors, follow up with some sales calls.This is an events/sales position which requires good communication over the phone and via email, organization, fun personality, sales gusto and a willingness to adapt to changes.
