DescriptionCCG & Associates Consulting, LLC., is seeking goal-oriented, ambitious, well-spoken individuals to join our internship team. This position will involve communication and relationship development with new clients. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring task are being completed, and everyone is doing his or her job.
Responsibilities- Implement project management system for each project, keeping track of deadlines, project deliveries, and project progress, challenges, & intern disciplinary issues
-Inform HR Coordinator to instances of projects not completed on time
-Ability to set, track and meet 'SMART' (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) goals
-Assist in paperwork and evaluation of interns for monthly performance reviews
-Assign Intern projects as needed
-Ensure all interns are performing to expectations
-Work closely with clients to ensure their projects are being completed in an acceptable manner
- Help CEO and Consultant Intern deliver projects on time and on budget
- Help keep track of expenses for each project and compare to budgeted amount
- Serve as a resource person on all projects
- Assist the Chief Executive Officer with managing the company
- Work with staff to develop project framework for all internal (non-client) activities and track all projects
- Coordinate Weekly Conference Calls.
RequirementsCandidate should be comfortable working in a 100% remote environment and have adequate experience speaking with business owners, upper level management and decision makers. Candidate should be patient, personable and easy to talk to. Must be highly dependable and an independent thinker with the ability to hit the ground running. Candidate should also be goal driven, ambitious, highly organized and have exceptional attention to detail.
-College Sophomore Level or Higher (High school diploma already acquired)
-Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or closely related field preferred
-Ability to maintain the highest confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
-Excellent oral and written communication skills with college courses taken in Communication & Writing (English 101 or Equivalent)
-Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail
-Proficient computer skills with a college course taken in Computer Applications or Microsoft Office Products or similar (must know how to use word processing, ppt, excel)
-Proven people skills
-Leadership Experience in either work, or college environment
-Ability to work at least 2 hours daily M-F between 9 A.M. -6 P.M. CST.
-Ability to attend at least one weekly conference call
-Ability to work in a 100% remote environment with no face to face interaction
-2 years general office experience (work, volunteer work, internships etc)
-4 references, one college instructor, one advisor/counselor, one former manager, one of your preference (if no prior work experience 5 references will be required 1 advisor/counselor, 2 professors, 2 personal)
Candidate must reside in the Dallas area, or within commute distance of 0-2 hours. Must be familiar with Dallas Metro Area
