Well Fargo Capital Finance (WFCF) offers traditional asset-based lending, specialized junior and senior secured financing, factoring and financing for domestic and international trade to a wide range of companies throughout the U.S. and to businesses in Canada. We provide comprehensive asset-based lending to companies in the U.K. through Burdale Financial Limited, a Wells Fargo company. In addition, specialty industry groups within Capital Finance develop financing tailored to retailers, software and technology companies, commercial finance companies, staffing companies, government contractors, and timeshare developers.

The Learning & Development (L&D) internship is intended for an undergraduate student and provides the opportunity to assist with developing a blended learning curriculum for a new Capital Finance employee on-boarding and orientation program.
