In our Internship Program, we use a hands on approach that will challenge interns to learn marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, lead generation, and management. We provide a setting that will broaden the interns' experiences while promoting self-confidence, accomplishment, and maturity. In a short amount of time, the intern will have the opportunity to work with several different clients as well as the management.

Interns will gain work experience by participating in the process of conducting functional behavioral assessments and writing behavioral intervention plans for people with developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of master and doctoral level clinicians, interns will perform clinical observations, interviews with staff, data analyses, and behavioral interventions. Interns have the opportunity to participate in other work and educational experiences within the Psychology Department. Positions require six to ten hours per week for the duration of the semester. Work schedules will accommodate student class schedules; internship sites are located throughout Westchester County. These positions are unpaid.
